Solwick is a two-person studio. We pour soy candles, throw small ceramic vessels and release them in quiet seasonal batches.
Cedar, smoked vanilla and a little orange peel. Poured into a stoneware cup you keep afterwards.
Green tea, fig leaf and wet moss. Our winter favourite, made in batches of forty.
Clean cotton and white musk in an unglazed vessel with a speckled rim.
The autumn batch is curing on the shelves now. Each candle rests for two weeks before it leaves the studio, so the scent settles evenly into the wax. Ceramics follow the same rhythm: shaped, dried slowly, fired twice.
